Agreement to Terms

By registering an account on www.celestia.systems, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service in full. Failure to agree to these terms will prevent account creation. These terms apply to the website and all associated software, effective as of March 30, 2025.

These conditions remain binding for as long as you use our services and persist even after you stop using them. Updates to these terms may occur, and any changes will be communicated via your account's profile page.

Usage Rights and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software provided by celestia.systems. The following actions are strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from the celestia.systems team:

• Sharing, selling, or otherwise distributing the software or its binaries
• Attempting to reverse engineer, alter, decompile, unpack, or otherwise tamper with the software
• Using the website or software for any commercial gain

Violations of these restrictions may lead to immediate termination of your access, with no reimbursement provided.

Conduct Guidelines

Users must refrain from spreading misleading or harmful statements about celestia.systems or its offerings. Any malicious behavior, such as fraud, cyberattacks, or disclosing private information, is unacceptable and grounds for account suspension.

Liability and Risk

All services and software from celestia.systems are offered "as is," with no guarantees, whether explicit or implied, including assurances of suitability, performance, or non-infringement. The celestia.systems team, including its developers and administrators, bears no responsibility for damages or losses arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Inability to access or utilize the service
• Costs incurred from seeking alternative solutions
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Actions or statements by third parties
• Any other issues tied to the service

You accept all risks associated with using our products, including potential in-game penalties from third-party platforms, and agree to hold harmless all staff, affiliates, and partners of celestia.systems from legal claims or disputes.

Payment Terms

Purchases are final, and refunds are not offered except as outlined below. To complete a purchase, you must confirm:

• You are at least 18 years old or have guardian approval
• You have permission to use the payment method provided
• You will not attempt to reverse or dispute any transactions
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if a technical fault on our end prevents software use, and we cannot resolve it after you notify us. Only the verified account holder can request a refund.

Right of Withdrawal

For customers residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with similar consumer protection laws, a statutory right of withdrawal typically applies to distance contracts for 14 days.

However, by purchasing a license key from celestia.systems and claiming or revealing it, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Once the license key is delivered and accessed, the service is deemed fully executed, and your right to a refund is void.

Data Handling and Privacy

By engaging with our services, you permit celestia.systems to process your personal information to enhance functionality, ensure security, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse. Data we may collect includes:

• Your username on celestia.systems
• A hashed version of your password (using SHA-512 with salt)
• Records of logins and active sessions
• Device details (software/hardware identifiers, CPU/memory specs, network identifiers)
• Logs of internal messaging within our systems
• Basic crash data (date, error type, active account ID)
